This stylish holiday home is ideal for exploring the vibrant city of Plymouth, which has a range of dog-friendly pubs, cafes, shops and restaurants.

Entering the property, you will find a cosy ground-floor double bedroom with sliding doors opening onto a small balcony where seating which overlooks the harbour. There’s also a single bedroom and a shower room on this floor. The first floor features a king-size bedroom with a TV and an en-suite Jack and Jill bathroom. The first floor also has an attractive kitchen/diner. You can relax in the light and welcoming lounge on the second floor. The lounge also features a balcony with a table and chairs allowing you to sit out and enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink with Fido at your feet while watching the boats come and go in the harbour below.

Perfect for dogs and their owners, this lovely property is close to the South West Coast Path which offers spectacular views of this beautiful area. You can catch a water taxi to Plymouth Hoe and the Barbican where there are plenty of places to eat and drink. Plymouth has several dog-friendly parks including Central Park (7 miles) and Devonport Park (6.5 miles), or you could explore the beautiful Jennycliff (1 mile). Other dog-welcoming attractions include Buckland Abbey (14 miles), the parkland at Saltram (5.5 miles), Royal William Yard (6.5 miles), Mount Edgcumbe Country Park (16 miles) and Kingsand Beach (9 miles). The outskirts of both Dartmoor and the Tamar Valley are within 10 miles.

They property is really nice and clean. The balconies and views are lovely . It's a really nice property with good quality beds and kitchen appliances

We want to thank the owners for taking our very last minute booking, due to us being let down by another property and company. We are so glad we found this property as it is in a lovely location and is very spacious. The view was amazing and it was nice to be in a quieter area of Plymouth, whilst not being far from the hustle and bustle of PlymouthRead more itself. An added treat was 2 evenings for fireworks and we had a great view from the top balcony. A hidden gem and we loved it there. Hide

Nice house well furnished in lovely location overlooking the marina. Lots to do in the area - Plymouth itself, National Trust properties, the Rame peninsula and the Cornish coastline. The ferry services are brilliant.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable week at the property. The view was amazing by day and by night and it was a perfect base from which to get to The Barbican quickly, via the regular Mountbatten ferry, as well as exploring the beaches to the east of Plymouth. It was a pleasure to cook and eat in the well-equipped kitchen with such a view.
