Cross over the Northumberland National Park (11 miles away) for mile upon mile of unspoilt greenery, dedicated dog-friendly walks and clean rivers. Visit Kelso and you can try your hand at the Olympic sport of curling at the Border Ice Rink, just 10 miles away from the cottage. Visit one of the beautiful castles in the area – the dog- friendly Floors Castle has been owned by the same family since 1721 and can be found just 10 miles away. Young adrenaline junkies will love the assault course-style playground, giving you the perfect opportunity to rest and become re-caffeinated.
