Airlie Estate and Square Cottage made my families trip extra special this year. The modern equipped spacious cottage had all the home comforts you could possibly want. It was decorated in a classy way and every room had something special about it. A hidden gem in the holiday rental market and Im already thinking about my return trip. Although not for everyone, this place had everything for my family. We have only great experiences from our short stay. Cosy and warm cottage in a great location. The constant sound of the rivers was soothing. The abundance of books made any quiet moments an opportunity to learn and relax. The bed was super comfy. Looking forward to our next visit

The cottage is in a superb location and we enjoyed our 4 night stay. We were also very grateful to Dot and the staff at the Airlie Estate office who got the electric and wi-fi sorted following Storm Babet. The cottage is comfortable and peaceful and a good place for getting away from it all.

A truly lovely experience at Square Cottage last week (29/9/23) . Perfect service from Dot and the whole estate: there if needed but left you in peace otherwise. Such a relaxing, peaceful week with evenings in front of a real fire in the lovely living room. Oh and a beautiful deep bath with plenty hot water. Will definitely be back. Just back from a perfect holiday at Square Cottage on Airlie Estate. This was an ideal location for our first family holiday to Scotland. We were within driving distance to Dundee, Perth, Montrose, Balmoral Castle, the Glenshee ski lifts, Stonehaven, and the amazingly picturesque Dunnottar Castle. There is a large Tesco nearby in Blairgowrie. The cRead moreottage was perfect with everything well thought out and every appliance supplied. There was even a bottle of prosecco in the fridge as a welcome gift. Hide
