It’s the perfect spot for coastal escapes with beautiful beaches and the countryside on your doorstep, and abundant wildlife and marine life for your two favourite pup pals to spot. Off-road parking is available for three cars on the gravel driveway, and there’s a neighbouring identical property which can also be booked for larger groups.

Step inside to find traditional country-style interiors in warm tones. Unwind in the living room with four-legged friends by the TV and cosy wood burner. Rustle up family feasts in the stylish kitchen and dining area. Grab a favourite book and curl up in the garden room where there’s a TV with DVD, plus French doors to the garden. And find a king-size en-suite bedroom, and a separate WC on the ground floor; while there are a family bathroom and three further bedrooms upstairs. Outside, the enclosed garden has a spacious lawn and a seated BBQ patio area; and there’s a gate leading into a field with a children’s playground.

Discover a charming harbour, salt marshes and channels out to sea from the local village - a popular spot for sailing. Visit the local nature reserves where there are designated dog-friendly routes, including Scolt Head (3 miles), Titchwell (7 miles) and Pensthorpe Natural Park (14.5 miles). Go shopping in the picturesque Burnham Market (2 miles), Fakenham (13 miles), and Holt (17 miles). Or step back in time in Burnham Thorpe (2.5 miles), the birthplace of Lord Nelson. And Holkham Hall Estate (4 miles), offers a popular dog-friendly beach and woodlands for hounds’ happy hour.

• There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £350 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £40. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.
