Woolacombe is a popular destination for holidaymakers, mainly thanks to the town’s stunning sandy beach which stretches on for an impressive three miles and is manned by lifeguards from Easter to September. More adventurous types may like to try their hand at a new water sport, such as kayaking, surfing or paddleboarding, lessons in which are all available at the beachside surf school. For those who fancy spending some time away from the beach, there is plenty to see and do in the area, including Combe Martin Wildlife Park, Watermouth Castle, boat rides from Ilfracombe harbour and Exmoor National Park.

This second-floor property is accessed via an external wooden walkway, with a private entrance. Entering into the hallway, a door leads off from here to a shower room with shower and WC. Next there is a small double bedroom and then leading onto an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Relax on the comfortable seating after a busy day and take in the wonderful views across the Barricane Bay, or enjoy catching up on your favourite programme on the TV. The kitchen area is well-equipped ready for the cooks of the party, with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, fridge and freezer.

Heading outside, there is a communal garden area with seating making it the perfect place to enjoy al fresco dining. Here you overlook the beach and sea below, why not have a BBQ. There is parking for one car at the top of the property, access to the apartments is down steep steps.
