Nestled in the heart of picturesque Pittenweem benefiting from spectacular uninterrupted views out to sea and over the harbour with views towards the Isle of May and the Bass rock.

This cosy, period property is beautifully situated and tastefully decorated to create a welcoming home from home.  Located on the sea-front, it allows easy access to the Fife Coastal path for outdoor enthusiasts and dog walkers, and enjoys magnificent uninterrupted sea views over the Firth of Forth and the pretty harbour.  It is situated in the quaint fishing village of Pittenweem close to the world-famous town of St Andrews in the beautiful East Neuk of Fife.  The village boasts excellent eateries, quirky shops, a friendly inn, beach and harbour.  Explore the Fife Coastal Path, enjoy Elie water sports, or take a boat trip to the lovely Isle of May National Nature reserve.  Visit Scottish Fisheries Museum, Kellie Castle, Kingsbarns Whisky Distillery, the WW2 Secret Bunker or the Scottish Deer Centre.  You are within easy reach of St Andrews, the home of golf and further afield, the cities of Edinburgh, Dundee and Perth.

Step inside this lovely main door, upper flat into the vestibule - a perfect place to leave your outdoor clothing and wipe off muddy paws.  Head through the hall to the light and bright open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area with magnificent sea views over the Firth of Forth.  Relax on the comfortable sofas and watch the boats coming and going to the harbour. Enjoy a great movie on the Smart TV or DVD player and in the evenings, spend cosy nights with the furry friend asleep in front of the roaring wood burner.  This is the place to prepare your favourite meals in the kitchen area with electric oven, gas hob and microwave, while watching the sea birds on the rocks at low tide.  There is an under counter fridge, separate freezer and a washer/dryer for your convenience.  Returning through the hall is the cosy twin bedroom with ample storage space and view over the peaceful rear garden.  Heading upstairs you will find the master double bedroom and a reading nook with bay window from where you can enjoy the same uninterrupted sea views - a great place to read, chat over a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.  If you are lucky you might spot dolphins! Finally, completing the accommodation upstairs is the bright bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Outside, you have exclusive use of the spacious, enclosed garden on different levels.  Please note there is no gate between the front door and the wynd and there is a small pond at the top of the garden.  There is also a patio area with charcoal BBQ and seating, ideal for al fresco dining, relaxing with a coffee or chilled beer or perhaps with a wee dram.  There is free on-street parking available directly adjacent to the property.
