With three bedrooms and a large secluded garden, this bungalow is spot on for families or groups of friends looking for a spacious getaway. Simply stroll to the end of the road for your first sighting of the sea and wander 500 metres along the front to dip your toes in the ocean on sandy Viking Bay.

In a quiet, residential road, the house is ideal for entertaining. Leave coats and wellies – or towels and flip flops – in the hall and usher everyone into the large lounge/diner while you get cracking with dinner in the connected kitchen. And if the kids have spread out their board games or shell collections on the dining table you can go eat alfresco on the patio - problem solved!

The house is just 300 metres from the pretty Victoria Gardens which sit overlooking the bay and is a great place to have on your doorstep for evening cricket games or competitive games of mini-golf. It’s an easy walk to the beach, even with all the gear, and there are ample restaurants and cafes to sample as well. Visit the museum house where Dickens holidayed or carry on along the esplanade away from the crowds to Stone Bay. Remember to take a net to investigate the many rock pools at low tide. Older groups and dogs will enjoy the beautiful walk along the coast to Ramsgate, 2 miles away, or around the headland to Margate, 5 miles, where the intricate Shell Grotto is a must-see and modern art fans will enjoy the Turner Gallery.

A very comfortable and homely bungalow , very well equipped . The owner has provided lots more than some holiday properties, even down to a cool bag and ice blocks . A fantastic location for a holiday , so close to the beautiful Broadstairs beaches . You wont be disappointed here

This is our second visit. It is a spacious property in an ideal location for beaches , Broadstairs town centre and for visiting other towns such as Whitstable Bay and Deal.

Excellent location and very valuable off street parking. Very short walk to the town and beaches. Well equipped kitchen with high quality appliances. Nice sunny garden and patio area.

We loved our week in Broadstairs and the location of Seapoint Road is fabulous. The bungalow is comfortable and spacious and we would definitely like to visit again. It is well equipped and in a good decorative state. We liked it a lot.

Very spacious, well equipped and good size garden. Only 10 minute walk to the beach which was very useful with a three and a half year old and a nanny that has a little difficulty with walking sometimes. Very quiet residential road with a view of the sea at the end of the road.

Wonderful position and a lovely airy bungalow. It was very clean and well equipped. It would be better for two adults with three children rather than three adults with two children as the third single bed is a small single.

Perfect location, good facilities parking for 2 cars which was essential for the road was near to the beach. Would highly recommend for any small family wanting a great beach holiday whilst being close to town. Did not need to use our cars whilst there as everything near by.
