Property code: KT152

This attractive cottage is set just outside of the Victorian seaside village of Mundesley and is perfect for a family of four and up to two canine companions. Spend the day strolling along Mundesley Beach, which is just less than a mile away; it has a dedicated area for owners and their dogs, so your four-pawed pal is bound to feel right at home. Return in the evening to a comfy sofa to rest tired paws while the kids are entertained with the large shared games room.

Situated in a holiday village with help on hand if needed, this rustic barn conversion is one of four properties which look out onto a spacious shared garden area that holidaying hounds will love. Kids and adults alike are sure to enjoy the separate guests’ games facilities, a TV and plenty of sofas, not to mention all the games equipment. Inside the property, the seaside location shines through in the homely nautical decorations and serene blue colour scheme, and the open-plan kitchen and living area will allow you to spend lots of time with all the members of your family – furry or not! And with both bedrooms and the bathroom on the same level, your four-legged friend will never feel left out.

Within easy reach of the famous Norfolk Broads’ picturesque waterways, you’ll find plenty of footpaths perfect for scampering paws. Just on the edge of the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Mundesley itself is full of dog-friendly pubs, restaurants and cafes and, when the pup is tired out, there’s always the maritime museum or 19th-century flour mill to explore. For a big day out, the city of Norwich is just 20 miles away. The nearest beach is located approximately only a 10 minute walk away, perfect for an evening stroll or a day building sandcastles.

Self check in worked well. We arrived to a loaf of bread, butter, milk and a selection of biscuits with coffee/tea. Well furnished cottage with TVs in each room and comfy sofas. There were fresh towels on each bed and plenty of pillows. There was no enclosed garden for some of the lodges, not very safe for dogs as next to road.

We had a wonderful time on holiday. I especially liked the sounds of the birds during the day in the garden. Very peaceful. We were able to travel to various places of interest along the coast and inland. The walk to the beach was accessible through the site then onto the cliff tops where you turned left to Mundesley and right to Bacton, or walkingRead more on the road with some footpaths. On site there was a club house with a water cooler. Also there was a sauna (not open at the time ) and a small gym. Hide
