Situated above a popular restaurant in the heart of Brixham, your contemporary apartment has a bright and airy feel, decorated in neutral tones with bright splashes of colour. Approached via an external flight of stairs, step into the entrance hallway where there is plenty of space to hang up coats and leads. Your open-plan living space is light and bright with a stylish kitchen at one end, where you can prepare your meals to share around the large dining table, and a comfortable lounge area at the other, perfect for relaxing with your hound. There are three cosy bedrooms, a king-size, a double and a room with bunk beds, along with a large wet room. Outside is a rear patio for al fresco drinks.

Wander into Brixham to discover its maritime heritage at the dog-friendly museum, spot dolphins from Berry Head Nature Reserve (1 mile) or devour fish and chips sat on the harbour wall. Step back in time on board the paddle steamer Kingswear Castle for a Dartmouth River Cruise (6.5 miles) with your hound at your side. Disembark to climb the battlements of Dartmouth Castle for splendid views along the river, or to stroll around the town.

Great, central location. Flat well furnished and warm. Spacious and bright accommodation. Super value for money. Brixham was a super base for a week in South Devon.

Second time we have stayed in this building. The owner really goes out of their way to make it an home from home. recommend buying an eight day parking permit from Torbay councils website which allows you to stay 3pm till 10am in the main carpark which is a less than five minutes away.

The apartment is lovely and the location great for all the cafes and restaurants in wonderful Brixham. The fish and chips from 'Simply Fish' are a must, you won't find better, amazing!. The Torbay area is simply stunning, we will be back soon I hope.

We had a great half term holiday. The flat is clean, light and very spacious even with a family of five and a dog. Great location close to the Harbour and within walking distance of two beaches. We especially enjoyed lots of crabbing in the Harbour.

Kelly and her Husband, have made a wonderful job of updating he apartment. Everything was like brand new. No expense spared, the full tea and coffee caddies plus sugar was a nice touch both good quality. My wife loved the biscuits I didn't get much of a look in !!. The apartment is in a perfect location, very clean and well equipped. There was some noise from the pub across the road a couple of nights but that's to be expected from a central town location and to be honest the seagulls were noisier in the night. The apartment was right in the centre of Brixham which happens to be our favourite place in Devon. The apartment was welcoming and practical for us. If your a light sleeper be aware that the gulls in Devon are something else :)

We had a lovely week in Brixham. The apartment could not be in a better spot if you want to be right in amongst the hustle and bustle of the town, but would recommend some good earplugs as the seagulls and deliveries are noisy. Loved this property, we went to brixham 2019 and loved it wanted to go back and this was the perfect accommodation for us right in the middle of town, the dog was well looked after aswell. The only down sides the stairs to the first floor are very steep and the pub over the road was noisy on the Friday night, but for us it was an excellent holiday Read moreand we had really good weather. Sea Bass is a great apartment close to the harbour with everything you need right on the doorstep. Its bright and airy and we had a lovely few days away.
