The nautical theme throughout is a keen reminder that you’re enjoying a seaside break, as is the fresh salty air and sound of crashing waves when you’re enjoying morning coffee on the patio. The lounge is the perfect spot to unwind of an evening, with stylish feature fireplace and Smart TV great for unwinding. Pick up a good book or watch a film with your contented canines curled up by your feet. There’s a handy open-plan kitchen/diner on the ground floor also, providing a great spot for packing up picnics, preparing romantic dinners and rewarding Fido and Rover with a treat or two!

 

Wander through the pretty Scottish village and find yourselves at Cullen Beach (500 metres), a glorious expanse of golden sand that surrounds Cullen Bay. Pack your tennis balls and let man’s best friend stretch their legs to their heart’s content, as dogs are welcome all year round at this seafront spot. Be sure to enjoy long walkies along the coast, travelling to Spey Bay (11 miles) and spotting pods of dolphins on the route. The location is excellent for all amenities, restaurants and shops and is at the beginning of many footpaths. Parking is no problem as the town square is closer than expected. You are however on the main road, under underneath another holiday flat. The garden is smaller than expected and is all artificial grass.

Great location and facilities. Cullen is ideal for dog walks and for exploring the Moray Firth. Nice sheltered garden to the rear which is a great subgraph.

Very comfortable, centrally located ground floor apartment with the floor above wood covered therefore neighbour noise amplified. Front facing windows require upgrade to stem traffic noise. Very clean, modern and kitted in minimalistic ( but adequate) style.

Sandyford is an absolutely beautiful apartment in a stunning location. We had a perfect week staying here and exploring the coast. It was the most lovely place to come back to and relax. The property was really clean and had everything we needed during our stay. We loved it and will be returning!

The cottage is in a beautiful spot and perfect base to explore the local area. The cottage is cosy, comfortable and nicely decorated. We enjoyed exploring Cullen and the great coastal walks in both directions. The locals are very friendly and we recommend Linda's Chip shop, The ice cream parlour, The loft coffee house and Bar 19 at The Seafield ArmRead mores. Even after a week there is plenty more to explore next time. Hide

Lovely cottage in great location near Cullen square. It had everything we needed and plenty of space. The coastal walks were really cracking both to the east and west from Cullen.

Wow, what a great find. Amazing location in beautiful Cullen. Just a 5 minute stroll to the beach and coastal path. The cottage is just perfect for a week away. The owner has thought of everything. Very well equipped with hairdryer, iron and ironing board too. We will definitely return and couldn't recommend more highly.

Lovely little cottage with a pretty little fully enclosed garden. Beach is lovely and very dog friendly as are the locals. Plenty of good walks and dog friendly pubs and coffee shops. Perfect for an escape from the buzz of city life.

Cullen is a lovely fishing village, a nice peaceful place to relax with beautiful views over Cullen Bay. Our holiday cottage was well equipped, very comfortable and convenient for the local shops (especially theice cream shop). The nearby beach is very clean and never seemed busy or packed when the sun was shining. The owner of the cottage called uRead mores as we left home, to wish us a good holiday which was a nice touch. I would recommend Cullen and this cottage to friends and family Hide
