Step inside where bright contemporary interiors and a relaxed atmosphere awaits. Downstairs you’ll find two king-size en-suite bedrooms, one twin bedroom, and one bunk bedroom, plus a contemporary-style family bathroom and snug; while upstairs you can relax and enjoy family meals in the well-equipped living space. After sandy surf days on the beach, you’ll soon find your happy hounds curled up watching Dog Days on the SmartTV, while older children might opt for PlayStation fun in the games room. Enjoy sunny afternoons in the enclosed garden - the perfect place for children and pup pals to have fun while grown-ups relax in the stylish hot tub.

Hop aboard a dog-friendly ferry from Appledore (2.5 miles) to Instow and enjoy traffic-free cycling on the Tarka Trail; or stroll along the seafront where you’ll find pretty gift shops and family-friendly amusements. Watch Rover networking and sandcastle-building to impress new canine friends on the beach, or perfect your wave-top glides at the local surf school (0.5 miles). A beautiful spacious property with wonderful facilities and a great view across the burrows and golf course out towards the beach. Many special touches around the house making it truly feel like a home from home!

Found Sandy toes very clean and tidy and a lot thought put into the decor. Everything we needed for cooking was in the kitchen . Lovely well kept erea. Would recommend Sandy toes for a relaxed holiday.

The house is built and equipped to a high standard with everything that could be required for a comfortable home from home holiday. The views are stunning with a magnificent sunset nearly every night. Booking arrangements were clear & follow up support helpful. We will definitely return.

House was brilliant, great open layout, very clean and in a super location, near to the dog friendly part of the beach. There was helpful equipment available such as beach chairs and additional towels for the lovely hot tub. Super restaurant recommendations from the owner. We had a great time and would definitely return.

The cottage is in a great location and is very well equipped. The first floor is devoted to a large lounge Kitchen/diner with bifold doors opening straight from 5he lounge to the balcony. The views across the golf course & the Burrows to the sea beyond always give you something to see. Being less than ten minutes on foot to the village centre via rRead moreoad or the footpath through the Burrows, its easy to get about do local food shopping. The location is quiet and very safe for kids. Recommended. Hide

Excellent house for a large family holiday. Enjoyed the sunsets from the balcony, the hot tub and that we were sufficiently separated from the crowds in Westward Ho whilst close enough to use the shops and food outlets.

Fantastic property, great location and lovely and clean. Fully equipped with everything you would possibly need! Little touches including a bottle of bubbly on a arrival, games to keep the little ones busy, balls for the dogs and much more!
