A spacious, comfortable house in an excellent and beautiful location, with quick and easy access to the harbour, coastal path etc. The shower unit is badly in need of modernisation.

Had a brilliant week in the cottage. Very well equipped. Just needed to know that you need to take everything if you are cooking in the cottage (salt, pepper, tin foil, kitchen roll, etc).

The cottage was in a great location, very cosy . Double bed very comfortable but the 2 singles could do with new mattress my Grandsons informed me. If you are short you need to stand on something to reach the cupboards in the kitchen. But had a lovely holiday there.

As a family with dogs we find sandpiper cottage just perfect. Garden with BBQ. Area to wash muddy shoes and dogs. Homely, comfortable and close to the Brancaster Staithe harbour. Fantastic walks around the village. Two great pubs both do great food. Village shop and fish shop. Absolutely recommend staying at Sandpipers. Friendly neighbours too.
