A vibrant, colourful and comfortable home in the ever-popular St Ives, this property is the ideal retreat for families and friends. Sleeping eight people across four bedrooms and welcoming your four dogs too, the whole pack can get together and spend an unforgettable break together.

Providing a comfortable base for everyone, this spacious family home has everything you could need for a group getaway. A sure-to-be-favourite, the bright and airy lounge benefits from plenty of light in summer and oozes with atmosphere in winter with its coal-effect gas fire. Gather everyone around as your waggy-tailed pals receive some well-earned belly rubs and go head-to-head with a game of cards or trivia. For movie nights complete with buckets of popcorn, the lounge also has a TV. With lots of hungry mouths to feed, you will be impressed with the fully-equipped kitchen. A cheery room with bags of space and useful appliances, both cooking and cleaning will be made easy with the addition of a dishwasher, too. Come together around the dining table, passing plates and pouring drinks. For a minute or two of peace, the ground floor is home to a study whilst upstairs you will find the property’s bedrooms. Comprising three doubles (one with an en-suite with a shower over the bath and WC) and a bunk bedroom, everyone can look forward to a restful night’s sleep. For added convenience, there is a downstairs WC and a family bathroom with shower over bath. Outside, the cottage has a front garden and an enclosed rear garden with a patio, seating and a BBQ.

Home to lots of dog-friendly eateries and year-round dog-friendly beaches, including Lambeth Walk (4.5 miles) and Bamaluz Beach (5.5 miles), St Ives has something for everyone. For a family day out with the pups, head to Tanglewood Gardens (10 miles).

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

The house is in a great location, just a 5 minute walk from St Erth train station which we used on a number or occasions to go into St Ives. Lovely house, tastefully furnished, and great to have a properly enclosed garden for the dogs. However, it's right on the A30 which is very noisy, so we had to have all the bedroom windows shut because of traffic thundering by throughout the night. Such a lovely property, ideally located for easy access to all parts of Cornwall. The property had everything we needed in it . Lovely welcome pack and much appreciated. Literally a two minute walk to the train station which we used a couple of times. One of the best holiday houses weve used .

The cottage was very well equipped, very clean and very spacious. It had everything we needed to make our holiday special. The garden was perfect for us and secure for our two dogs. We had a lovely week in this house and our friends joined us. Plenty of room and very welcoming to dogs. Although the main road is out the front it was not too intrusive. This was made up by the location, perfect for many lovely beaches and walks within a short distance.

This was our second time staying here and it was just as great if not better. A nice welcome package on arrival with 2 contact numbers in case of any problems . The location is good with an amazing selection of beaches nearby . The train station is a 2minute walk away and a family ticket works out at 2 each for a return to St Ives so why bother driRead moreving and trying to park.
