A very comfortable cottage. Adequately furnished and well heated. Parking at front of cottage was perfectly acceptable. Kitchen is tiny but contains all one needs on holiday. Oven, washing machine, microwave, hob, fridge/freezer, caffeteire.. The only drawback is being on the road where traffic starts from 5 or 6 am. Bedroom overlooks the road. Beautiful cottage in lovely Devon village, close to a number of amazing local beaches. Village itself has amazing pub and Salcombe is only a short drive away. Cottage is very cosy and has everything you need. Outside garden space is lovely for late afternoon relaxation. Highly recommend both this cottage and this part of Devon.

Great cottage and facilities- loved the stylish interior design. Loved the velvet sofa and chair. which were very comfy and the selection of DVDs. We found everything we needed to prepare our meals as we were unable to book meals out with the pandemic. Loved the beaches at Ayrmer and Bigbury. Very relaxing holiday!

Gorgeous little cottage in a lovely village with everything one might wish for including a self contained garden. A little difficult for parking ones car as its on a tight bend but we moved ours elsewhere for the week. Very comfy lounge furniture and lovely wood burning stove for chilly nights. Highly recommended!

Cottage was lovely. Disappointed that the garden was separate from the cottage, through two gates and outside the neighbours. Good that the garden was dog secure. Really good walks to the coast. Would come again.

Sadly underwhelmed. Rock cottage is on a blind bend in a village on the only narrow road to a large Park Dean site, hence the constant sound of reversing vehicles attempting to pass each other directly outside the living room window. The double mattress needs replacing as noted by a previous visitor in 2017 or 2018. The pans and cutlery need a goodRead more clean/sort out, discarding the excess of old items. Big plus points for being only a 15 minute walk to the coast path with amazing cliff top views to Burgh Island and the beautiful Ayrmer Cove. Lovely old cottage, small rooms upstairs so not great for multiple people. Garden is separate from the house so not ideal for dogs. Location is nice but tricky single track roads so I can imagine would be a challenge in busier months. Well equipped, could do with new sofa cushions as they were pretty hard on your bottom.
