Walk in through the hall to a spectacular kitchen and dining area; open plan and with a stylish, sleek finish there’s a large modern table to gather around and floor-to-ceiling picture windows and doors that take you out onto the balcony where you can witness stunning views. The downstairs boot room and utility is a handy space to peel wet clothes from children and wash muddy paws! Retire to the bright, contemporary lounge for the evening where your canine companion can warm themselves on the rug in front of the wood burner or wrap up and step through the glass doors and onto the balcony to witness the sun going down across the Cardigan Bay. On the lower ground floor there are four stunning bedrooms, all offering sea views to wake up to. The super-king bedroom has access to the garden, as well as an ensuite and the king-size bedroom also has a shower room. For an extra touch of luxury there is underfloor heating in the family bathroom. Outside, have a ball in the lower garden, which is completely enclosed and the balcony and patio area present the most incredible seaside views; so whether you want to enjoy a sundowner or indulge in a little yoga on the balcony, you can downward dog in the most spectacular of surroundings. To the side of the house is a wash down area for bikes…and bow-wows and there is plenty of storage space to house paddleboards, canoes and to dry wetsuits.
