Secluded and sophisticated, you’ll enjoy taking a seat with your loved one in the hot tub as your dogs run free in the enclosed garden/patio.
A small flight of stairs leads you to this stylish lodge. Step inside and store all of your dog-walking essentials in the hallway. Further on you’ll be met by breathtaking coastal views from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the spacious open-plan living room/kitchen/diner. Cook a romantic dinner for two in the chic kitchen area and soak up sea views while you dine in the intimate dining area. Alternatively, step outside onto the enclosed garden/patio and dine alfresco. After dinner, watch your dogs explore the enclosed garden/patio while you take a well-earned dip in the private hot tub, or pull up a chair in the fully-covered deck area, where the twinkling mood-lighting in the ceiling will set a romantic mood. When the day is done, cuddle up in front of your favourite movie in the living area or retire to the stylish king-size bedroom.
Your dogs will love exploring the pretty harbour town of Kirkcudbright (12 miles). In the streets behind the harbour, you’ll find a flourishing collection of artist studios, as well as a nice selection of dog-friendly bars and cafes. Alternatively, head to dog-friendly Rockcliffe Beach (16 miles). From there you can take a lovely 3-mile coastal walk to the pretty coastal village of Kippford, where you’ll find a couple of dog-friendly pubs.
