Your pup will be happy to keep the pack together in this single storey accommodation, and he can enjoy a nap on his favourite blanket as you busy about the kitchen. Play an afternoon game of table tennis as your canine companion potters safely in the walled garden, happily sniffing about the lawn. The patio is perfect for al fresco dining at any time of the day, whether a morning coffee or an evening meal, with your doggy able to merrily amble about as you eat. Wake to a stroll in the cider apple orchards, getting those legs ready for a day of exploring the Herefordshire countryside.

 

When Fido has walked all the routes from your door, head further afield to stretch the legs over the 170 acres of ancient woodland at Queenswood Country Park & Arboretum (9.5 miles), or for a closer trail try Credenhill Park Wood (2.5 miles). Find riverside meadow and mature orchards for an easy stroll at Bodenham Lake Nature Reserve (10 miles), and further afield explore miles of walks through the orchards, park and woodlands at Brockhampton Estate (20 miles). The Malvern Hills stand majestically above the Severn Plain in Worcestershire and the rolling hills of Herefordshire offering dramatic views across a variety of landscape.

Charming little barn conversion done to high standard. All comforts catered for and discreet but helpful owners. Stay cut short because of Covid 19 but hope to return someday !

The owners were absolutely lovely, friendly and helpful. Quercus is deceptive, small barn from the outside but lovely modern open plan inside. Good range of equipment / kitchen items plus hoover, ironing board, iron etc. It was like home from home. Secure garden for our dog. So much beautiful wildlife visits the well maintained garden. A very homely cottage. The kitchen was particularly well-equipped and our two young children loved playing with all the garden equipment. A beautiful location with lots for families to do nearby.

'Quercus' had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It's in a quite unique location, with its own secure garden suitable for visiting four-legged friends and access (at certain times of the year) to a wonderful orchard. As we always travel with our canine companion this is the most important factor for us, we would definitely visit again aRead mores it's a privilege to have such great walks right on the doorstep. The cottage is well appointed and very comfortable and nicely placed for visiting the surrounding area. The hosts were very friendly and their welcome touches were much appreciated. Would be more than happy to book the cottage again if revisiting the Wye area.

Beautifully furnished, comfortable cottage in lovely location and very dog friendly with enclosed large garden. We had not visited the area before and really loved it as there is so much to explore. It would have been useful to know that there was no washing machine or WiFi before we arrived.

Lovely little converted Barn, like a small bungalow, in its own garden. A table tennis table and small snooker table too in another barn. The property has an orchard behind which was great for dog run first thing, but alas we lost this perk from 1st Aug due to harvest. The main road is fairly close which made it noisy, and again the harvest tractorRead mores and trailers rattled and cranked along too. We imagine that if it wasn't for the harvest it might have been a little quieter. Lovely location Hide
