Beautiful River Tay estuary and countryside views with amazing features to enjoy including private hot tub, open fire, shared use of sauna, gym, tennis court, croquet lawn and games room.
Boasting wonderful countryside views towards the Tay Estuary, this brilliant single-storey bolthole is perfect for two pups and four owners. Sitting amid 40 acres of land, embark on morning walks full of stick chasing and take in your verdant surroundings from the viewing platforms. Excellent shared facilities and your private wood-fired hot tub mean you can get competitive around the pool table or enjoy a relaxing soak on your return from adventures.
The open-plan living space exudes character and charm with an open fire and natural light from the French doors. If it’s suspiciously quiet, you’ll likely find your pair of pups curled up and basking in the heat so you can take a moment to enjoy some downtime on the sofa in front of the Smart TV. The kitchen area has plenty of space to store tasty ingredients and treats, and in summer months, the BBQ is perfect for sizzling feasts washed down with sundowners as waggy-tailed guests enjoy stretching their legs. Post-dinner, make use of the fantastic facilities (shared with two other properties on site) and get competitive in the games room or on the croquet lawn, relax in the Swedish sauna and the summer house, or wait until morning and play tennis or visit the gym. Two inviting bedrooms welcome peaceful nights of sleep. There is ample off-road parking.
Enjoy walks, hikes or bike rides from home without jumping in the car. Heading further afield, Scone Palace (13.5 miles) is a great destination for a family trip out where you can roam the grounds and whet your appetite with a treat in the cafe. Another 13.5-mile trip takes you into Perth where you can head out on a waterside wander along the banks of the River Tay.
