The cottage is cosy, scrupulously clean, bright and airy. Jane is a ray of sunshine. The fields have lovely views and are beautiful to walk through with an enclosed area for dogs to go crazy safely. A wonderful location for space and quiet with the lovely town of Louth minutes away and main roads to take you anywhere.

Jane very friendly and helpful. Property a little isolated so a car is essential. The garden space for pied wagtail was a little small for sitting out but the rest of the grounds are there to explore.

We had a pleasant stay but although louth is only a short distance away I thought we could walk to town unfortunately we had to drive everywhere. However, we went out and did something different every day and the kids had a good time. The only reason we wouldn't stay here again is because we like to walk the countryside and we couldn't do that hereRead more. Lovely landlady though and was happy to help with any request. Hide

Should also mention that this cottage is very small. Very little space around the beds in both the double and king size rooms. Only one bedside table in each. This is also too small for 4 adults, one of which had mobility issues. Should state on website that it is suitable for family of 4 including 2 children.
