We had a wonderful holiday and beautiful location. We finally found the common land in the village area, so our walks from the cottage improved dramatically once we found this. The cottage had all we needed so thank you.

A great cottage in an ideal location for exploring Hay on Wye and the Brecon Beacons. The garden is secure which is important for us with two nervous rescue dogs and also the property has a porch door so again really good for keeping dogs from slipping out. Plus very quiet road for early morning and late night dog walks. Wi-fi, hot water, TV, heatiRead moreng, towel rails all great. Everything we needed and a REALLY comfy bed. Lovely cottage in lovely quiet location but does come across as rather 'tired' and in need of a little more TLC . All basics are there but storage space very limited.

Comfortable and well equipped cottage. Very quiet rural location that is an ideal base for exploring the Brecon Beacons and beyond. Dog proof garden is a real bonus late at night and early morning! We would happily stay here again.

Small, cosy and nice cottage. A lot of birds in the area, with cows that come to visit the field behind. People around the immediate area are nice too. Lots of wildlife to see; even saw a snake :) Very much recommended.

We loved our stay here, such a warm cozy cottage made us feel at home. Infact we didn't want to leave. Perfect location for us, a small drive to the nearest supermarket and walks from the doorstep.
