This fantastic property is the ideal base for an exciting holiday exploring the North Norfolk coastline, welcoming up to six guests with open arms – or should we say paws. No detail has been spared to make waggy-tailed visitors feel right at home, from cosy corners perfect for a basket or two. With three deliciously comfortable bedrooms to choose from and a welcome pack of goodies for the entire family, it’s a great choice for large families or groups of friends.

The interior of the house is fresh and contemporary, consisting of a spacious lounge and an open-plan kitchen/dining area downstairs, and three elegantly dressed bedrooms upstairs, all sharing a good-sized luxurious bathroom. Spend your evenings relaxing in front of a film as Fido snoozes by your feet, full bellied from a hearty meal prepared in the well-equipped kitchen area. Sunny evenings are made for al fresco drinks outside in the courtyard garden or you could stroll the short 0.5 mile walk into the centre of town to sniff out some tasty local fare. The property has ample parking for two cars, but additional vehicles can also be accommodated.

The pretty Georgian town of Holt has a wide selection of charming cafes, antique shops and independent boutiques, which can be found hidden away in charming yards and alleyways. Keen walkers will adore exploring Holt Country Park 0.5 miles away, navigating trails through over 100 acres of stunning woodland. Canine-friendly beaches such as Salthouse, 4 miles away and Wells-next-the-Sea, 12 miles away will delight any sea dog, but those who like a spot of bird watching should definitely visit Blakeney Nature Reserve 5.5 miles away.

• At  the rear of the property there is  permanently fixed Sheffield cycle stand, the stand can accommodate up to 2 bike. The design of the stand enables front and rear wheels and cycle frames to be properly secure. The area is easily accessible, well lit and overlooked from the kitchen window
• The owner will only accept 3 or 7 night bookings from a Friday changeover any other length of stay needs to be confirmed with them at the time of booking
• The Post office needs access through the road for early hour deliveries,the post office is located behind the property
   
• This property will be decorated for Christmas
• Arrival: 16:00 onwards
• Departure: before 10:00, unless otherwise stated in your arrival details
• 2 dogs allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week
• There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £30. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.
