We found the place immaculate and it was spacious enough for us 3 and the dog. Plenty of utensils, cutlery and crockery for self catering plus a choice of takeaways and shops available in nearby Bentham. There has been an outdoor seated area added (not in the pictures)which we found invaluable in the heatwave. BBQs are available and we put ours to Read moregood use!! Fantastic accommodation with panamaric views of countryside, relaxing spot, disturbed only by mooing of cows and clucking chickens. Noone in adjoining cabin so no idea if noise an issue. Sunrises and sunsets are amazing, also spotted few hot air balloons. Made use of the BBQ, which is a perfect addition. Lots to see we spent time in the Lakes, BlacRead morekpool, at local caves and Waterfall beauty spots. Two shops in village, Spar staff very friendly. Owner also friendly and always happy to help.
