Beautiful period property with garden and hot tub close to Llandudno Bay beach. Walk into the coastal town. Perfect to relax, or as an active base to explore the coast and countryside in North Wales.
Gather your family, friends, and two canine companions for a stylish getaway to the Welsh coast. Sleeping eight people across four bedrooms, both you and your dogs will be in the lap of luxury: humans can make the most of a soothing soak in the hot tub while hounds will be content to curl up in front of the open fire. For a wonderful daytime walk, climb Great Orme (2.5 miles) together or take the tramway to the summit. If your hound has a head for heights, they can even travel in the cable car!
Cook up a storm in the bright kitchen/diner and afterwards, retire to a soft seat. Enjoy a drink and a chat in the spacious lounge with the wood burner-effect gas fire turned on. There is also a snug with its own wood burner, where you and your canine companion can curl up in front of the roaring flames to read a book, watch the Smart TV, or select a board game the whole party can get competitive over. All four bedrooms have their own TV, so head up early for peace and quiet. Wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day ahead, by eating breakfast at the dining table with the French doors open to let the fresh morning air in.
There are plenty of nearby adventures where your dog can enjoy a stroll and a sniff. Visit National Trust’s Bodnant Garden (7 miles) for evening walkies around acres of stunning formal gardens and woodland or, further afield, leave no stick unfetched as you follow the trail to Aber Falls (17 miles), a natural beauty spot inside Snowdonia National Park. For sand and a paddle in the sea, there are a number of beaches to choose from – just make sure to take a peek at the seasonal rules for your four-legged friend.
