You are close to the pretty village of Wolsingham (2 miles) and only 15 miles from the wonderful, historic city of Durham with its famous cathedral and excellent shopping and leisure facilities. Six people can be accommodated in three plush, inviting bedrooms, together with two four-legged friends.

The lounge is a relaxing, soothing environment where you can unwind, maybe watch TV or a film from the comfortable sofa. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare meals should you wish and you can dine sumptuously in the comfort of the charming dining area. Outside, you can relax with your coffee and enjoy the sunshine in a private seating area. Staying on the farm, guests are welcome to explore the farmland and see the animals including cattle and sheep. There are 100 acres of farmland to explore, including a nature trail, riverside paths, an ancient monument and a medieval moat.
The glorious North Pennines offer peaceful walks within stunning scenery, for you, your family and your canine companions. They are within easy reach, from about 15 miles away and offer so much to walkers, cyclists and mountain bikers, with glorious landscapes, heather-covered moors, rugged peatlands and magical hay meadows. The River Wear runs nearby (0.5 miles) and also offers some delightful walks along its banks and through the valleys it carves, such as the Weardale Way.
