Upon entry, you’ll discover an impressive open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner complete with wooden flooring and a welcoming wood burner. Prepare hearty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, making use of the spacious dining area before retreating to the cosy sofas of an evening. The large bedroom is home to a super king-size bed with the option to add an additional divan bed. The spacious bathroom comes complete with a spa bath, perfect for refreshing after a long day outdoors. Heading outside from the lounge there are 6 steps down to a quiet lane where you cross and have access an enclosed garden area with furniture, a summerhouse, BBQ, and play equipment, perfect for guests who enjoy being outdoors with their four-pawed friends.

Guests can enjoy pretty circular walks direct from the barn, along with traffic free cycling on the nearby Tarka Trail, and even a spot of paintballing, walking distance from the property. For those looking to explore North Devon, the popular market town of Bideford sits 6.5 miles away. Here you’ll find a whole host of shops, restaurants and pubs along the waterfront, you can also go on to explore the beaches of Westward Ho! and Instow. Barnstaple is located 8 miles away, home to a busy high street, along with plenty of bars and eateries. For picturesque beaches, drive 17.5 miles to visit Croyde and a further 2 miles to reach Woolacombe.

This is a perfect property for small families, your only a 30 min drive from loads of different locations. The host are absolutely fantastic and so lovely. The property itself is well equipped, warm,cosy and with beautiful views. The garden across the property is perfect for kids to play also little outhouse on it that the parents can chill in. We had another wonderful stay in this beautiful cottage. The views are amazing . Owners are lovely and friendly , always there for any help you need. The cottage has everything you might need . We will be back in a few months. Cant fault it , would highly recommend it to family and friends .

Great accommodation and location, safe enclosed garden for the dogs and nice local walks down the lane and round the fields. The bed was so comfortable and an excellent shower! Dont be put off by having to go across the lane to the garden, the lane is very quite only a couple of cars a day and tractors depending on the time of year. This was a return trip to Moos Two and we brought our new GSD Bella down to enjoy Devon. Liz and Brian were perfect hosts as before; the place was spotless and it was everything we remembered and enjoyed. We have an electric car and its a great addition to top up the tank each evening for the following day. Great place for a break with your dog!

Wow!!!!! Just amazing cottage and everything you need was there, lovely location and fabulous views and gardens, it would be lovely to make it a bit more pet friendly like chicken wire around fences etc so dogs cant get to wonder off .

Thus cottage is located in a peaceful, quiet location and is perfect for a relaxing holiday. It has beautiful views towards Exmoor and beyond. It is very well equipped with all one would need for holidays. Also, we had our own garden with furnished wooden house and BBQ. What a wonderfully warm and friendly cottage this is - we had a brilliant week staying just before Easter. It's really clean, warm and well appointed with everything one could need. Everything in the cottage was perfect, spotlessly clean, everything you could want, comfy bed, brilliant garden with summer house and sun loungers. So cosy and the the owners are lovely. Would certainly recommend without hesitation and it is so dog friendly too.

Moos Too was a very well converted, clean farm property. It had just about everything we needed inside and in the garden with a bbq, a summerhouse with a fridge, sofa and reclining garden chairs, picnic bench and trampoline.
