The barn is spacious, with an upside-down layout and lots of original features including exposed brickwork and beams. Your dog is sure to find a favourite nook to curl up in after a long day’s walking. There is a large open-plan living/dining space, with sofas and a family dining table. There’s also a separate well-equipped kitchen with a second table for casual breakfasts. There’s a games room complete with a full-sized snooker table – ideal for keeping busy on wet weather days. The four bedrooms are all light and airy, and four of them have direct access to the outside. If your four-legged friend likes to curl up with you at night, you can just let them straight out in the morning. Outside, there are enclosed shingle and decked gardens to the front and rear, where you can let your dog run free. The rear garden has a hot tub, perfect for soaking away aches and pains after a hard day’s walking, and the front has a BBQ.
The nearest town is Bude, 8 miles away and is famous for its surfing and sandy, dog-friendly beaches. For long walks, the South West Coast Path is perfect, and there are many small, local trails to explore too. Other popular local beaches include Crackington Haven, 14 miles away, and Westward Ho!, 23 miles away.
