This wonderfully presented property is set in the beautiful, historic Georgian town of Holt and provides a family with the ideal base in which to explore the north Norfolk coastline and countryside.
Head to the North Norfolk town of Holt and take a canine companion with you to enjoy the wide, sandy beaches, enchanting woodland and gorgeous countryside. Up to eight guests and one perfect pet are welcome to stay at this modern, four-bedroom property, which comes with an enclosed garden in which your furry friend can roam while you soak in the hot tub. Head 1 mile out of town to let Rover stretch his legs in Holt Country Park or 4 miles to Salthouse, where he can run on the beach all year round.
Enter the impressive house and call Rover into the lounge. Light the wood burner on chilly evenings so he can bask in its heat, while you watch the SkyTV. Alternatively, take him through to the snug, while you have a few quiet moments with your book. There is also a boot room, ground-floor cloakroom and WC, and utility room with washer/dryer. Call your pup through into the airy kitchen/diner when it’s time for his dinner, then prepare something tasty for everyone else too, while you watch the Smart TV, before gathering around the table. As night falls, head upstairs to one of the two king-size bedrooms, with en-suite shower rooms, the double, or the twin which can be arranged as a super-king if discussed in advance. The family bathroom is also here. Take Rover into the garden on sunny mornings. Have a BBQ out here later and perhaps fire up the hot tub. Find parking for four cars.
Embark upon a stretch of the Norfolk Coast Path with your faithful friend by your side: try the 6-mile stretch to Blakeney. Make the 4.5-mile trip to dog-friendly Sheringham Park, famously designed by Humphry Repton in 1812 and renowned for its magnificent plants and impressive vistas.
