Escape to the coast and experience the magic of holidaying by the sea at this cosy bolthole. Snap up the fresh sea air and set tails wagging at the local beach where waves and sticks await chasing. Open-plan living means that you can keep an eye on the antics of smaller furry guests as you curl up and cosy down in the relaxing lounge space.

Bright and light with heaps of countryside charm, the lounge has an open fire which is a sure hit with all of the family and promises to keep tails and toes toasty and warm. An array of homely touches makes it easy to unwind in this relaxing space. Whip up a feast in the kitchen which overlooks the garden and enjoy an al fresco tipple outdoors in warmer months. Breathe in the fresh air from the patio as your four-legged friend climbs the steps and ramp up to the garden area. Muddy paws can be rinsed off in the ground floor bathroom and mucky towels washed in the convenient utility room. Upstairs, both bedrooms have quirky sloping ceilings and therefore slightly restricted headroom, yet both are light and tranquil rooms in which to doze off and spend lazy mornings. A further WC is located on this floor.

Enjoy a waterside wander as the property sits close to the coastal path, treat your canine chum to a morning stroll and take in the beautiful views. For a spot of seafood or something hearty, travel less than 2 miles from your door to Neyland Marina where restaurants sit next to the ebbing water. Your holiday would not be complete without a trip to the beach - Broad Haven South is 12 miles away and dog-friendly.

We had a very relaxing stay in Millbank Cottage. There is everything you need in the cottage and the fire makes the place feel very cosy. There is a brilliant pub not even a 30 second walk away, the food and drink is amazing. Milford Haven is a 10 minute drive away which has plenty of cafes, restaurants and a big Tesco. We hope to be back!
