This delightful property nestles next to the owners’ home in a beautiful garden setting, and is perfectly placed in a quiet and secluded yet convenient spot in the ever popular town of Honiton.

This beautiful cottage is located next to the owner’s home in a peaceful location, with good travel links to the wider area, including Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Sleeping four and one very lucky dog, the home is one for friends or couples looking to have a fun and varied break, with independent shops, museums, cafes and scenic walks with the pub on your doorstep.

The pretty property is bright, with a conservatory dining area surrounded by the owner’s gardening feats. Enjoy movie night with the Smart TV while snuggling under a blanket in the cosy lounge. A wood burner effect electric fire and a mug of cocoa will be all you need to keep you warm, even if the weather takes a chilly turn. The quaint kitchen is just the place to rustle up a slap-up meal at night, or enjoy a homecooked breakfast before a long day out. Ice are not only an excellent addition to that afternoon G&T, but are also perfect for keeping your dog’s water bottle frosty on warm daily strolls. Two super king-sized bedrooms (zip and links) give flexibility on sleeping arrangements as they can be made into twin beds on request.

Honiton is a bustling town known for its world-famous lace, which you’ll find proudly displayed at the local museum. Those who adore history will enjoy wandering the streets in search of antiques - the place is a mecca for such items, so keep your eyes peeled for a bargain. After enjoying a cream tea in the cafe you may feel like burning off a few calories. If that’s the case, Blackdown Hills, which will challenge novice and experienced ramblers alike, is just 15.5 miles away. Turning to treasures of another kind, the Jurassic Coast can be accessed just 10 miles away in Sidmouth, affording you and your waggy-tailed friend the possibility of unearthing ancient fossils. Bring a spade and plenty of patience.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Lovely, well equipped cottage in a quiet and peaceful location. There is a train line close by but this didnt cause us any problems and we didnt notice it. Walking from the cottage to Honiton is easy, but those with mobility difficulties might struggle with the incline at top of the lane.
