Do not go by the description on the Holiday cottage webpage. Its not a working farm, it seems the farm has been sold. Play barn none existent. Quite run down. Cottage comfortable and well equipped but not very clean. Quite dusty and dead flies

We had a great holiday: the location is perfect to explore the tip of Cornwall. The cottage is extremely well laid-out and spacious where it matters. We did not have a dog but I can see how this is a great place for dogs (or three children in our case): clean, no carpets and no clutter. This is a working farm so you'll be woken up by cows mooing anRead mored there are flies - it's part of the experience! Hide

The cottage was very well equipped. I cooked a Christmas dinner for all the family with no problem. The house was comfortable and very quaint. The owner was very helpful and gave us pointers as to many things we might like to visit and see. The family made us very welcome and we will go back.

Great location to see Lizard Point and surrounding areas such as Penzance/Lands End. Good location if there is a large party as the cottages are all next to each other. Great for dogs plenty of areas to exercise them throw a ball so you don't miss not having a garden as there are acres of fields/space.

We had a wonderful time at Barlitho Barton! Lots of outdoor space and things to play with for the children (age 1, 4 and 7). Location is perfect (quiet, no through road, South and North coast within 20/25 min reach). The children really loved the dogs and the cows too! Perfect location for us, comfortable for a family! Loved the two bathrooms, came in very handy for our family! Lovely freshly baked cake and the coffee pods for the machine were a very appreciated surprise upon arrival! Laundry facilities were appreciated too!
