This delightful barn conversion has been lovingly renovated and boasts an array of original features, nestling in a beautiful thriving village with pub and shop, yet just five miles from the coast.
Superb barn conversion, sleeping four guests, in rural Somerset location 5 miles from the coast. Perfect for dog-owners, this property comes with access to a paddock where your pooch can run and play. Lovers of daytrips to traditional seaside resorts like Burnham-on-Sea and Weston-super-Mare.
A pleasant layout with lots of space for you and dog to unwind at the end of the day. The lounge is particular lovely but it’s probably the kitchen/diner floor where your pooch will be found, as this is where the sun floods in during the afternoons. There’s a handy boot room for hanging your coats up and wiping off the dog’s dirty paws too at the entrance of the cottage. There is a lovely suntrap patio garden accessed from the diner through French doors – it’s enclosed by a fence to give you extra privacy. There are two bedrooms to crash in after some serious day tripping and running around with the dog.
Sunny places with beaches are less than an hour’s drive away – Burnham-on-Sea is the closest, just 8 miles away with long stretches of unrestricted dog beach. The busier Weston-super-Mare is 16 miles and has quite a few dog-friendly places to visit or eat and drink, including vast sections of the beach. You could also take a day trip to the Quantock Hills and Dunster Castle, just two major visitor attractions in Somerset.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
