This cosy one-bedroom cottage with two enclosed terrace areas and access to expansive shared grounds is just 3 miles from the scenic Pembrokeshire Coast National Park that’s dotted with pretty towns, lovely walks and wag-tastic sandy beaches.
The comfortable lounge is a great place to relax after spending the day exploring the coast while your canine companion snoozes contentedly beside you or frolics in the expansive leafy gardens shared with other properties on the complex. There are two enclosed terraces, one at the front and one at the back - ideal for al fresco dining or enjoying the morning sun.
Just a mile away is a dog-friendly pub at Kilgetty that serves food, and you’re 3 miles from the magnificent 12th-century Carew Castle overlooking a 23-acre millpond that welcomes four-legged friends. 3 miles towards the coast is the pretty resort of Saundersfoot where you can enjoy its dog-friendly beaches. It’s also the starting point for some lovely and manageable walks along the old coal railway line to the sandy, wag-tastic Wiseman’s Bridge beach, half a mile along the coast. The attractive resort of Tenby is 5 miles south of Saundersfoot along the coastal path and along the way you could take in sweeping sea views and secluded coves. Dogs are welcome on the seal-watching and island cruises departing from Tenby and you might even spot some dolphins out at sea! Within a 10-mile radius of the property there’s a range of coastal walks along the Pembrokeshire Coast Path including the National Trust Bosherton lily ponds and Broad Haven beach - a fantastic doggy day out with lovely sandy stretches and delightful scenery.
