Perfect for bikers, golfers, sailing enthusiasts and of course walkers on both two and four legs, this is a fabulous base from which to explore Dumfries and Galloway. When you’re not splashing in the sea or exploring the forest that joins Colvend with Dalbeattie, dine alfresco in the tiered garden or curl up with a good book beside the wood burner while your pup snoozes happily at your feet.
Bright and airy, this tastefully modernised period property offers plenty of space for the whole family to spend quality time together. Cook and dine in the bright and open-plan lounge/kitchen with its large roof skylights and modern appliances, while your faithful friend warms up in front of the roaring wood burner. A separate lounge with electric fire and Smart TV offers an alternative space in which to relax after a busy day, while enjoying views towards White Loch. Or, for those warm evenings, the garden is a peaceful place to sit out with a glass of wine while the dogs and children play safely nearby. A first floor king-size bedroom offers beautiful rural views.
