Spend your days roaming the moor with your four-legged friend or exploring the charming nearby towns and villages, before returning to the property for a delicious BBQ in the enclosed rear courtyard garden.

Adjoined to the owner’s home, this property has been beautifully decorated and furnished to set the scene for romantic getaways with canine companions in tow. Prepare tasty meals for two in the stunning shaker-style kitchen, where you will also find a farmhouse table and antique dresser. Afterwards, fire up the wood burner in the lounge and settle down on the stylish sofa for a cosy night in front of the TV. At the end of the day, indulge in a long soak in the en-suite bathroom before enjoying a restful sleep in the elegant king-size bedroom. Step outside to enjoy an al fresco meal or cup of coffee in the private courtyard, which is enclosed for dogs.

Located in the historic market town of Dulverton, this property is just steps away from the local pubs, shops and cafes. As it’s situated on the edge of Exmoor National Park, miles of rugged walks lie on the doorstep, taking in the popular Tarr Steps (5.5 miles), the stunning Wimbleball Lake (6 miles) and many more delightful moorland villages. Head north to reach the spectacular stretch of coastline and the popular settlements of Porlock (17 miles), Lynton (23.5 miles) and Lynmouth (23 miles), or head to the dog-friendly beaches of Doniford (17.5 miles) or Kilve (22.5 miles).

Little Meadow was extremely comfortable accommodation and very well maintained. A bonus, parking for 2 cars and a patio area and separate garden. Dog friendly too with an outside hose with towels provided for muddy paws. Absolute ideal location, with a short walk to Dulverton. This cottage ticked all the boxes and definitely well worth a visit.

We had a great week. Lovely spacious accommodation for two and a comfy bed. Perfect location for exploring the area. There is a good restaurant in Dulverton called Woods. Its hard to book when you are there for a week, so plan ahead, as the food, wine and staff are all great. Plus, you can walk home.

It was a good location to get to other places, as could walk down in to Dulverton to the shops. Very comfortable and everything we needed.

Perfect location and very nice property. For us the property had everything we needed - really comfy bed - slept better than at home. We were very impressed with it and would definitely book again if we revisited that area.

Little Meadow was equipped with everything required. Little Meadow had its own secluded garden with some welcome shade from the apple trees during our very hot days. There is an adjacent green footpath to Little Meadow which leads to the Town and dog walking to meadows and woods by the River. Good variety of quality individual shops and eating placRead morees in Dulverton. Can recommend the fish & chip shop and the Copper Kettle. Also Dunster Castle well worth a visit. Hide
