The cider, butter, cheese, jam and chutney plus dog treats are a lovely welcome. Garden was very secure as advertised. Very important for our dog, and one of the main reasons we booked this cottage.

Little Gates is a lovely cottage in an ideal location for exploring the area. It is very well equipped and is perfect for a couple. Our dogs loved it too. Nice gesture of milk, butter and cheese in the fridge. Excellent pub within walking distance (the five dials in Horton)

The cottage felt like a home not a holiday home at all. Small welcome touches were lovely and the cottage was very well equipped even had outer coats and scarves available and towels and treats etc for the dogs . Definitely would visit again
