Close to the glorious Norfolk coast, this spacious holiday home nestles in the heart of the popular village of Brancaster and makes a fantastic base for a family keen to enjoy this beautiful region.

Luxurious, elegant and perfectly tailored for socialising, this impressive house is an excellent choice for special occasions and family reunions. The property is situated within a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, sleeping 12 guests across five deliciously comfortable bedrooms. Don’t leave Fido out of the celebrations! Your faithful friend is welcome on all non-carpeted areas, so bring along their basket and treat them to a fantastic holiday in the canine paradise of North Norfolk.

The property has been lovingly refurbished to create a relaxing haven with contemporary decor. Enjoy champagne in the lounge, letting sleeping dogs lie by the wood burner as you settle in for an evening of good food and excellent company. The open-plan kitchen and dining space is generously equipped for fine dining around the table or simple suppers perched at the breakfast bar. Each bedroom is utterly charming with sumptuously soft beds and crisp linen. The first can be found on the ground floor: a delightful room with a handy en-suite. Upstairs, there are four further bedrooms; younger guests will love the children’s bedrooms with two sets of bunk beds. The garden is ideal for al fresco meals on the BBQ, and there’s enough parking for three cars.

Famous for miles of dog-friendly beaches and spectacular scenic walks, the surrounding coastline is brimming with exciting adventures. Brancaster has a fantastic beach just 1 mile away from the cottage, complete with a shipwreck that can be seen at low tide. Venturing along the Norfolk Coast Path, you’ll discover stretches of salt marshes, sand dunes and freshwater lagoons such as those at Titchwell RSPB Nature Reserve, 2 miles away, or Holme Dunes National Nature Reserve, 3.5 miles away. Having worked up an appetite, take a short 1.5-mile walk to The Jolly Sailors, a friendly pub that welcomes furry-pawed punters with tasty treats.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Would highly recommend this house for cleanliness , comfort and so well equipped. Very comfortable beds , lounge seating very comfortable . Excellent decor .Easy walk across park to local shop within village hall . Larger store 6 mins away in car, excellent deli \ cafe and fish and chips in Thornham short drive. Although surrounded by other houses Read morearea very quiet residential area. Great area to use as a base for exploring North Norfolk. . Hide

The house was in an ideal place for a walk to the beach which is lovely,clean and Sandy, the house is next to a large playing field and children's play park.

A Comfortable, high spec cottage, within a half hour walk of the beach. Plenty of room for 6 adults and up to 4 children.

Suited our three generations perfectly. Short walk to the beach. Pub/Resturant a few minutes walk away. Safe and secure gardens for children and dog. Bus stop nearby.

The cottage has been equipped to a very high standard and has everything you need.Great location for beach and surrounding area.The approach to the cottage is not very attractive and its a bit of struggle to park three cars .We had glorious weather and used the outdoor space a lot. The lounge is relatively small and I think our party size would finRead mored that challenging during a period bad weather. Hide

Fabulous park literally 2 mins walk which the owners should mention more as our children loved it and we also played a lot of tennis on the court there. Great location and a fab property we loved it.

Lovely cottage for two families. We had four children aged three and under and the house worked well for us. The enclosed garden was great as you can see it from all rooms downstairs - perfect for keeping an eye on the girls at all times. Perfect location, a great park only a couple of minutes walk away which also had a basketball court and footbalRead morel field. The closest beach was only a few minutes drive and flat with a long stretch of sand. Amazing fish and chips at Erics in Thornham. Hide
