Boasting luxurious accommodation in a truly beautiful property, the manor welcomes up to 21 guests and one dog, making it the perfect rural retreat for a large party. Family, friends, and your four-pawed pal alike will love the peace and seclusion, as the house is set within its own 12-acre estate, as well as the amount of space the property offers. And with three wood burners to choose from, your hound will be in heaven – make sure to bring enough bedding for them to spread out on, after a hard day’s work exploring!

Opulent interiors and elegant furnishings welcome you to this delightful house and cottage. There is a room for every possible mood and time of day. Relax in the manor’s brightly decorated lounge with a film or light a fire in the drawing room and sit down with a magazine. The spacious dining room comes complete with an electric mini grand piano, and as your canine companion stretches out on his warm bed, you’ll be snuggling under the covers of your exquisite four-poster, or even enjoying the view of your bedroom’s own cinema screen! Indoor entertainment includes the magnificent heated swimming pool, and a games room. There are 3 acres of formal garden to discover, as well as tennis courts, a play park, and terrace. Let your dog take the lead: they’ll go mutts for the 8 acres of fenced paddocks, where they can have a ball playing fetch and football.

Less than half a mile from the manor is the town of Wainfleet All Saints. For a day trip out, there are a range of options to suit your entire party. The popular seaside resort of Skegness is only 5 miles away, with its lively beach and pier. For country charm, head to the spectacular house and Victorian walled gardens of the National Trust Gunby Estate (8 miles), or meander along unspoilt coastline at the Gibraltar Point National Nature Reserve (8 miles), where dogs are welcome September to March.

The property was perfect for us, the building and grounds were amazing. The Swimming pool was a god send in the weather we had, and it was a lovely touch that Pool Toys and inflatables etc we provided. The kitchen space/ spaces and equipment were fantastic, everything you needed from toaster to egg poachers were provided. Just back from a weeks stay over new year . Absolutely gorgeous place . So much to do and explore . Everything needed for a perfect stay . Owner fantastic at keeping us updated . A tv was not working on arrival which was replaced the very next morning . We have just had a wonderful family house party in Northolme Hall, children, parents and grandparents alike. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful pool, and several guests played tennis. It is also dog-friendly, important in this Covid time.

Wonderful location, house, owners etc. Nothing too much trouble 19 of us went for the weekend from 70 to 5year old and a great time was had by all. Would recommend to anyone.
