This bungalow is set in a rural village a short journey from Norwich, The Broads and the Norfolk coast. Enjoying a woodburner, shared garden, patio and summer house. Shops and restaurants 7 miles, pub walking distance.

A sweet single-storey property situated next to the owners’ home and sharing 2 acres of peaceful gardens, along with an enclosed shared garden. This is a great choice if you are hoping to enjoy a relaxing break as a couple in the Norfolk countryside, and yet still be within reach of the coast.

One external step leads up to the front door of this property, but once inside it is all set across a single storey for ease of access. The open-plan living area with its corner kitchen and warming wood burner in the lounge is a comfortable and homely space in which to relax in the evenings and offers access to the spacious 2-acre garden which is shared with the owners. The garden is a wonderfully tranquil retreat with a large lawned area, as well as a patio seating area and a summerhouse, all of which will afford a fantastic space for both you and your beloved dog to unwind.

Surrounded by fields and countryside, this property is just a mile stroll to the welcoming village pub. 7 miles to the east of the property, the village of Wroxham is known as the gateway to the Norfolk Broads and is the place to head to if you fancy hiring a boat for the day and winding your way around the picturesque waterways. 17 miles to the north, meanwhile, the seaside town of Cromer is a traditional resort town with a sandy beach and an excellent range of places to eat, many serving the famous locally-caught crab. The main beach in Cromer is reserved for two-legged holidaymakers in the summer months, but if you head a little further around the coast and out of town, it soon gives way to dog-friendly stretches of sand.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

If anyone wants to escape the hassles of life and chill this is the place to do it. The silence is deafening with only the sound of wildlife to be heard. Set in a quiet village a really comfy and cosy cottage. Perfect place to explore the Broads and surrounding towns. Really didnt want to leave.

A lovely cottage, very clean. Perfect for a couple or single occupant. A welcome basket was provided on arrival which was unexpected - it even included dog biscuits! We took our dog who loved the garden. The garden is a good size and is shared with 2 other cottages but no one was staying in them when we were there so had the garden to ourselves. WeRead more didn't explore much of the immediate area so can't comment but the location is a short drive to most areas and so we felt it was ideally located. Hide

It was nice to have a personal welcome and explanation of the cottage. The welcome pack included treats for the dog which she much appreciated. The cottage was very comfortable and it was nice to have the large grounds to walk round and for the dog to play in when we got back from walks and days out.

We chose this cottage as it was about the right price we wanted to pay. We had a warm welcome from Karen who explained all we need to know. A small welcome package. The location was very quiet in this area, no local shop to buy essentials. Internet was difficult to receive. If you take your dog it is ideal to walk, plenty of land to walk round therRead moree are sheep on sight they take no notice of dogs as we took ours. We had a lovely time staying here. Hide
