For a quiet holiday in beautiful Cornwall with your loved ones and pet, book a stay at this attractive bungalow. It’s located on the owner’s land in a rural area 2 miles from the coastal resort of Perranporth. With easy access to both Cornwall’s north and south coasts, you’ll be perfectly placed for exploring the delights of the nearby heritage coast as well as wandering round the pretty Cornish towns of Truro (8 miles), Newquay (7.5 miles) and Falmouth (16.5 miles). With space for up to three humans and one dog, this pretty retreat is ideal for a small family or a trip with friends.

The inside of this former barn is cosy and homely. Thick whitewashed walls, low ceilings and stable-style doors contribute to a traditional, welcoming feel. In the lounge, sink into one of the sofas and watch something on Freeview while your pet dozes by the electric fire. The spacious kitchen has a table and chairs where you can all sit down to meals – or eat out in the garden if it’s a nice day. You’ll have access to a paddock outside – great for playing fetch with that stick Fido insisted on bringing back from today’s walk.

This accommodation in in the hamlet of Penhallow, surrounded by miles of lovely countryside. The nearest pub is 1.5 away in Bolingey (dogs welcome). In Perranporth (2 miles) you’ll find more lovely pubs, shops and a 3-mile-long beach which is popular with surfers and families – dogs are welcome all year round, though they need to be on leads during the day in July and August. From Perranporth, access the stunning St Agnes Heritage Coast, a spectacular stretch of shoreline containing many beautiful trails you can explore with your pet.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
