The 1980's former showman's living van was the accommodation for the fairground or circus owner which as used as a family home while they were on the road for the season. The property is accessed by steps leading up to the veranda, with far reaching views across the surrounding countryside. Step through into the warm and cosy living area which is the perfect place to unwind after a long stroll in the countryside with two comfy armchairs and a TV/DVD. The compact but well appointed kitchen contains a dining area for two and a gas oven and hob, and fridge. The bedroom is located at the other end of the accommodation with built-in hanging space and a double bed, and the property is completed with a bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. There is an additional side room where coats and boots can be stored.
Outside, there is a covered veranda with a table and chairs which is a great space for entertaining and offers superb views over to Bodiam Castle, providing the perfect spot to relax and watch the sun go down at the end of a busy day. There is ample off-road parking next to the property.
