Set within the owner’s grounds in a picturesque rural village, this delightful single-level private annexe makes a wonderful and relaxing retreat for two.

This stylish property features a spacious and attractively furnished open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. You can relax in the comfortable lounge and enjoy a movie in the evening, and there’s a charming dining area with seating for two. You can prepare your favourite meals in the light and fully equipped kitchen. Exploring the property further, you will find the bright, attractive and tastefully decorated twin bedroom which has an en-suite shower room. Outside, there’s a pretty enclosed garden with space for a dog to exercise, as well as a welcoming patio with outdoor furniture so you can enjoy a drink or meal alfresco. Off-road parking is available for one car.

There are miles of wonderful walks for your dog to enjoy, with plenty of dog-friendly places for you to rest, eat and drink along the way. You can explore the Broads, with Salhouse Broad (5.5 miles) nearby, or head to the pretty village of Wroxham (7.5 miles) which is known as the capital of the Broads and is the home of the dog-welcoming Bure Valley Railway. Dogs can also accompany you in Fairhaven Woodland and Water Garden (6.5 miles), Burlingham Woods (3.5 miles), Earlham Park (10.5 miles), Mousehold Heath (6.5 miles) and Eaton Park (9.5 miles). You can also visit the historic city of Norwich, or head to the coast, with the popular seaside resort of Great Yarmouth (14.5 miles) within easy reach.

good for country walks especially for dog owners and only 15 minutes from the nearest beaches good restaurants close by can recommend the Yare near the station.

Found the owner ever so nice and helpful. The cottage although in owners grounds was very private and had a nice little garden separate to the owners garden for you to sit in. Would recommend cottage.
