This unique architect-designed lodge offers boutique-style accommodation and far-reaching views of the Scottish countryside. Bright, contemporary and stylish throughout, it sleeps four people over two bedrooms and welcomes one furry friend. It’s the perfect Highland bolthole for small families or groups of friends who yearn to get away from it all and relax in glamorous surroundings. You’re sure to love taking a dip in the sunken hot tub, and your pup is certain to enjoy the freedom of the enclosed garden.

Step inside this exceptionally stylish property, and you’ll be met by an airy hallway with a jukebox and wet room. The hallway leads into the immaculately-finished kitchen, where you can rustle up a group dinner with all the latest hi-tech appliances. Serve up your feast in the spacious dining room, which offers superb views, or step through the patio doors onto the stylish slate terrace to dine alfresco. At the end of the day, enjoy a glass of wine in the hot tub, take in the sweeping views over to the loch through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the lounge, or retire to one of the two luxurious bedrooms with a good book. After a great night’s sleep, greet the day with a coffee on the deck as you soak up the incredible views of the surrounding countryside.

Well behaved pups are welcome to take a cruise on Loch Lomond with Sweeney’s Cruise Company. Hop on board in Balloch (22.5 miles). Or for a day out with a difference, take your pup to prison! The property is highly impressive and everything that it is advertised as (and more). Dripping with high-end fittings, furniture and appliances you'd be hard pressed to find fault with anything. What was extremely impressive was the level of cleanliness: it's rare indeed to find a rental property that feels and looks this immaculate and clean. CommRead moreunication from the owners was first rate. The only thing of note is the slow network which prohibited streaming TV services (SKY is provided though) Hide

This is a fabulous property (the adjective is considered and intentional). The location is gorgeous, uniquely placed on high ground overlooking the confluence of Gare loch, Loch Long and the firth of Clyde, with the looming hills of Argyll in the backdrop. The location gives you a sense of remoteness, though in reality you are minutes away from shoRead moreps, with Glasgow less than an hour's drive away. The owners have spared no expense in doing up this holiday home to a very high standard. Hide

People really need to know about this house as its as close to perfection you can get. When we first pulled up the views took our breath away we couldn't stop smiling. The house itself is stunning and has absolutely everything you could think of comfort and cleanliness are next level we actually couldn't believe how clean it was. The photos for thiRead mores place don't do it any justice at all so if you are looking for a place that's a 10/10 please be wise and choose knockderry . Hide
