An amazing location, great for the beach and the facilities in the village. Lovely to have tea, milk and snacks when we arrived. It was a bit tricky to find in the dark and a tight squeeze in a transporter. Our dog loves the garden.

Very comfortable cottage, so if you want a beech type holiday for surfing, swimming or just beech fun it's the perfect location. With the village of Croyde two minutes away you have the best of both worlds, peace and quiet, beeches and bustling village of cafes, restaurants and pubs.

Fantastic location for a great family holiday. Everything you need and a few extras. Youre close to everywhere in Croyde but with your own quiet secluded spot to enjoy it at your own pace. The living areas are modern with a beach living vibe. Id hope that the sleeping areas will be brought up to a similar standard soon to complete the look/feel andRead more comfort. Hide

Had a lovely stay beds were comfortable. There was a problem with the shower upon arrival but we were instantly made aware of this upon our arrival and it was manageable. Problem was rectified asap. Nice cottage but walk to beach was longer than the two minutes stated in details!! Probably 15/20 mins. But worth it!!

Kenmaran is tucked away in a convenient location for access to the wide, safe, sandy beach, and to the village pubs, shops and other amenities. It is well-equipped - the dishwasher was not mentioned in the particulars - and comfortable with rooms of a good size. A travel cot and high chair made our stay with an 18-month-old very easy. Outside, therRead moree is a good selection of garden furniture. Hide

Perfect location 5mins from the beach and town . Very private and quiet. Clean ,spacious, comfy beds with a brand new kitchen as well. What more can I say . A lot better value for money than the holiday park nearby

As above the drive was to narrow. The question below :- Would I recommend a friend. Answer, Yes, only if they had a small car.

The cottage was within 10 mins walk along footpaths to the sea, 5 mins from Croyde village & linked to footpaths to Baggy Point. Pleasant enclosed garden which we would have used had the weather been better. The electric heaters were fine during a chilly week April/May but would not be adequate in cold winter weather

Loved this holiday cottage/chalet, really spacious, lots of room for a family of 4 and a large greyhound. Lots of little extras tea, coffee, milk and doggy treats. Great location, everything in Croyde within walking distance, lovely comfy beds, pillows and quilts made it a very comfortable place to stay.
