Framed by ancient trees and rugged hills, this Victorian shooting lodge is an ideal retreat for celebrations or large family gatherings, sleeping 18 guests across nine comfortable bedrooms. There's plenty of space for two canine companions too, who are welcome throughout the ground floor rooms. As you are based within the grounds of the Inverbroom Estate, you'll be blown away by the sheer number of scenic trails and activities at your disposal. Let Fido take the lead and set off to explore! Fishing and stalking are available by prior arrangement, so why not enjoy a day discovering the west bank of the River Broom.

The property has been lovingly renovated to encapsulate traditional Victorian charm with a contemporary flair. Enthusiastic cooks will fall in love with the fantastic kitchen, which has been thoughtfully equipped. Tuck in with abandon, slipping a few tasty morsels to Fido. The games room is a sheer delight for guests of all ages, featuring a billiards table and a roaring open fire. The cosy sitting room is a wonderfully snug place to curl up in front of the fire, or perhaps you would prefer to linger in the elegant dining room after an evening of entertainment, sipping an after-dinner coffee. The quirky staircase leads to the balcony-style hallway above, where you'll discover an array of bedrooms with extensive bathrooms.

Fill your days with adventures throughout the vast expanse of grounds, from salmon and trout fishing in the river and lochs to exciting walks across mountains and sloping hills. Further afield, the charming village of Ullapool (8 miles) is easily recognisable by its uniform white buildings and cheerful fishing boats. From here you can catch the ferry to Stornoway on the Isle of Lewis, famous for its spectacular deserted beaches and Neolithic standing stones.

A great house for a large group of friends or family. Really well equipped and in a good location for exploring North West Scotland. I would happily come back.

Very comfortable house that sleeps 8 couples in en-suite bedrooms so everyone is happy with their room. Inverbroom Lodge is most delightful and perfectly located for walking, cycling and places of interest either on the coast or elsewhere. Amazing property. Wonderful location. Gorgeous walk to the waterfalls up the hill and back along the river. Lovely dining space, great kitchen island and simply the best showers ever. Fabulous lodge beautiful area couldnt have wished for any better.Visited Ullapool a few times for shopping and most important the Sea Shack great food and fish soup is to die for !!!

Gorgeous house in beautiful setting ideal for large groups. Sixteen of us had a fabulous week in Inverbroom Lodge. Good weather meant we could take advantage of the lovely garden and outside seating too. You can walk, run and cycle from the house into amazing countryside. Driving for up to an hour takes you to much of the North West of Scotland incRead moreluding beaches of Wester Ross and numerous mountains.
