This stylish retreat, set in an undiscovered area of Herefordshire, offers accommodation for two humans alongside two canine companions. If you’re looking for a slow-paced getaway to a contemporary barn conversion, with plenty of walking trails on your doorstep, this is a great choice.

This property offers a luxurious feel throughout; as you step inside, you’ll find an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen/diner offers ample facilities and space to enjoy home-cooked meals during your stay. The tastefully decorated lounge is the perfect oasis to snuggle up you’re your pups when the day is done. You will also find a plush king-size bedroom along with a modern bathroom, perfect for refreshing and recharging. Outside, you can make the most of the patio, complete with a BBQ and seating, with your four-pawed friends.

This modern home away from home is nestled in the peaceful countryside whilst remaining within easy reach of the picturesque market towns and villages that surround you; local shops and amenities are within 3 miles. The town of Leominster, famed for antique shops and charming eateries, is just 4.5 miles away while the medieval market town of Ludlow is 13.5 miles away. Travel just 20 miles to reach the Malvern Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty or head 21.5 miles in the opposite direction to explore the walking trails of the Shropshire Hills – there’s plenty of opportunity for walks here that will definitely set tails wagging!

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

SLEEPS: There is one bedroom with a king-size bed.

RELAXING: Electric, bio-mass central heating, underfloor heating and Wi-Fi is included for your stay. Children’s play equipment available on request.

COOKING & DINING: There is an electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

KEEPING CLEAN: There is one bathroom with WC, bath and an overhead shower. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. Towels are provided for your stay.

OUTSIDE: The outside space boasts a garden and patio area with garden furniture and BBQ for use during your stay. There is also off-road parking for two cars.

PETS: Two dogs are welcome at this property.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Due to the traditional character of the cottage, the low beams upstairs result in restricted head height.

Great location if you would like some peace and quiet. Lovely property. Nicely appointed and the hosts have left a few thoughtful supplies. It has everything you need and is very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing rural location and beautifully renovated. The barn is incredible and the comfort level is off the scale. Me and my Wife had an amazing time just relaxing and seeing the new year in after a hectic 2019. Humber was the perfect place to re-charge our batteries and take time to reflect. There are a few towns/cities nearby which offer a variety Read moreof things to do. We visited Hereford a couple of times and wandered around the shopping centre they have which is nice and small with some good shops. Hide

We loved the cottage and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location. We fortunately had taken a double length horse rope, otherwise our dog would have gone walkabout. As it was very wet sone days and also Christmas we tended not to go out much, but would love to go back to Ludlow and do more walks in 2020.

This cottage is a delight. The balance of contemporary/country design is just right. Spotlessly clean and very warm. Although the owners are next door, they give you complete space plus there is a very private aspect to the cottage. Plenty to do out and about Humber.

The accommodation is stunning and really well designed. Large open spaces and a huge outdoor area which our dog loved. The garden is not secure so take a long rope/lead for piece of mind if your dog is a flight risk. We ventured out to local towns and pubs, and particularly enjoyed chase gin and vodka distillery. Beautiful holiday cottage in lovely grounds,very nice owners and friendly Labrador Aslan,very nice extra touches made holiday special,nice quiet location and yet only a short drive to leominster,if you are after a quiet get away holiday we recommend humber court barn it's beautiful
