This is a lovely spacious house, clean and well equipped with kind and thoughtful hosts. Lovely touch to leave us cookies and milk and local cider and eggs, thank you! Beds were really comfy. We would come back again! Although in close and full view of the main house, we didnt feel overlooked.

The cottage was great. The facilities were good, plenty of space and everything thing was clean. Wi-fi worked well, the TV was a good standard. It is a small lovely cottage with enough space for 6 people. Particularly noteworthy are the two bathrooms, which were really large. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need and there is a Morrison only 10 minutes away in Wincaton. The only downside is that the downstairs bedroom only has a large sliding door and no window. IRead moref you open the sliding doors in the living room and bedroom, then you can enjoy the cat cheekily popping in to say hello. Its TOP! Hide

What a lovely peaceful place to stay. Lovely rear garden and big field for our dog to run. Loved the complimentary bottle of cider and eggs left for us on arrival. Loved the fact that we could travel east or west about 40 miles to the seaside. There is plenty to do and plenty places to go. Thinking of going down there again, Loved it.

A truly lovely cottage in an ideal location just outside Castle Cary. There was ample room for our family, all well-thought out and comfortably furnished. We particularly enjoyed use of the enclosed garden and paddock, with views over to Glastonbury Tor - perfect for our dog to run around in, safe and secure. We will be returning in future.
