In the lounge, rich, soft furnishings envelope your weary limbs after an energetic day of fetch, whilst your four-legged chum can sprawl in front of the wood burner, soothed by the flickering heat. Snuggled up on the sofa, enjoy a movie on the Smart TV or a romantic meal for two or three if Rover wants to third wheel! The kitchen which was newly fitted in 2019 is fully-equipped with electric oven and hob and microwave, perfect for whipping up those all-important treats. From the kitchen take the steep spiral staircase up to the roof terrace, prettily adorned with flowers and climbing plants. Here you can read the paper with a morning coffee, sip an afternoon cocktail, or settle down for a well-deserved snooze in the sun.
Dolton alone boasts a shop, post office, butcher and two pubs, and the surrounding countryside is a veritable haven for your furry friend. Pick up the Tarka Trail for a cycle or a good run to really blow away the cobwebs or head to the sands of Westward Ho! beach 17 miles away and lead the way along some glorious coastal paths. Scamper along all the fantastic trails, walks and routes that can be found through Exmoor and Dartmoor, both within 30 miles of the property.
