Nestled at the end of a peaceful lane and surrounded by countryside, you’ll feel worlds away from everyday life at this grand converted farmhouse. Set over three floors, the property has ample space for the whole family to enjoy -- including up to two four-legged members! Explore the sandy beaches and scenic walks nearby before heading back to relax in one of the two spacious lounges, firing up the wood burner on a cold, cosy night.

Step through the stable door and into a boot room -- a great spot for kicking off muddy shoes and wiping any soggy paws. There’s even an outdoor shower in the courtyard for anyone really mucky! The stunning open-plan kitchen/diner runs the entire width of the property, with electric skylight windows and a limestone floor creating a light and airy place to socialise and dine. As well as the two inviting lounges, the former entrance hall has been redesigned to offer another room in which to relax; for evening drinks. The five bedrooms are set on the first and second floors, each offering a comfortable place to lay your head at the end of a thrilling day. Wake up to country views and enjoy your morning coffee alfresco within the impressive two acres of grounds, which includes a spacious lawn and a fantastic courtyard seating area. Please note that there is a pond and a stream in the garden, so dogs should be kept on their leads for safety and children should be carefully supervised.

Visit the famous Norfolk Broads (15 miles) and navigate the waterways by foot or by boat. For dogs and their human companions who enjoy frolicking in the waves, head to one of the nearby beaches: Cromer (9 miles), Trimingham (7 miles), and East Runton (10 miles).

An attractive house which was extremely clean. Very well stocked with cutlery and crockery so we never ran out. The garden is well maintained. All in all a great place to stay and I would be happy to return in the future.

A wonderful House for a family gathering or a group of friends in a beautiful peaceful setting where you can enjoy the dark sky and air from the woods and large hedgerows around the area.

Beautiful, well equipped house in lovely, tranquil location. We especially liked the gardens and the nature reserve, we saw a buzzard, deer, foxes and much else. Colette was very helpful and we would definitely recommend.

A fabulous house with everything needed for a family week away. Very well equipped and comfortable and the garden is beautiful. Not too far to drive for the Broads and the beaches but lots of paths for dog walking in the doorstep.

What a lovely house and garden, a fantastic kitchen/diner for family meals and board games etc. So well equiped, felt homely as soon as one entered the house. The children loved the garden, a very peaceful location and would certainly return.
