This three-bedroom Scottish holiday home, which sleeps up to six guests and two dogs, near Lindores (16 miles from Perth) offers spectacular views across undulating countryside that you can explore at your leisure. Walk beside the River Tay and embark upon a section of the Fife Coastal Path if you wish. Return to your luxury lodge to soak in your private hot tub while your furry friends cavort in the large, enclosed garden.

Step into this eye-catching home set on a working farm, to discover it has been cleverly designed to capture the far-reaching views, with swatches of glass pulling the scenery right in. Take Rex and Rover through into the airy lounge/kitchen/diner, where they can pad about while you watch the TV or wander out into the garden when you pull open the patio doors. Find everything you need to prepare tasty treats for hounds and humans in the kitchen, and a useful washing machine and tumble dryer for damp doggy towels in the utility room. One of your bedrooms and its wet room are at ground-floor level and the remaining two, with en-suite bath and shower rooms, are upstairs. Savour all your outside space while you watch the children bouncing on the trampoline and the pups racing up and down the garden.

Pick up the Fife Coastal Path at Newburgh, just 2.5 miles from your splendid holiday home. This links the Forth and Tay estuaries and offers some 117 miles of fabulous dog walking. Head 8 miles to the Lomond Hills Regional Park, Fife’s largest area of upland countryside, which provides approximately 25 square miles of moorland, lochs and farmland for you and your furry friends to explore.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

The lodge is beautiful and has everything you could ever need, it felt like our home away from home. the surrounding area and views are breathtaking. We all loved the walks around the farm, the kids loved the trampoline & slide and the welcome gifts were a lovely touch and very much appreciated. We loved staying here! It was such a peaceful location with everything the kids lived. Chute, trampoline, hot tub and sheep just at the doorstep. Such a beautiful house that had everything for a great family holiday!

If I could give this cottage a 6 star rating I would. Perfect getaway. Views stunning. Owner lives nearby and was quick to respond to requests eh extra towels/batteries. I would definitely recommend a stay here. We will defo be back.

A great location. Property was lovely & very comfortable. Great walks for our dog & great panoramic views from the tops of the hills. Views from the property itself were wonderful.

I had chosen this cottage because of its accessibility features which we needed for my elderly father. This was a weekend break for his birthday so it had to be a home away from home which ensured he would be relaxed and comfortable. And it didnt let us down.
