A stylish house with luxurious touches, games room and panoramic valley views, in idyllic village close to Ruthin and Mold. Perfect location to explore the countryside and rugged coast of North Wales.
Escape to the country with your nearest and dearest and your favourite canine chum, at this gorgeous Welsh retreat. The property benefits from a peaceful location, surrounded by a large lawn area – perfect for a game of fetch. You’ll have a fantastic choice of walks, from tranquil woodland strolls at Coed Y Felin (11 miles away) to exhilarating hilltop hikes at Moel Famau (5.5 miles away). The pretty town of Mold, 5 miles away, is also worth a visit, particularly on market day.
This luxurious property is flooded with light and has large, open spaces to allow plenty of socialising with your fellow guests. The house makes the most of its gorgeous surroundings, with large windows framing the stunning scenery and a fabulous conservatory where you can all dine together overlooking the garden. The stylish kitchen has ample room for the hound to set up camp, and from here French doors open onto the enclosed outdoor space, so they can amble in and out. On a summer’s evening, fire up the BBQ and enjoy a spot of al fresco dining whilst Rover plays on the lawn.
Take a gentle stroll with the pup through the ancient woodland at Coed Y Felin. In spring, you’ll find a carpet of bluebells and in summer the wild meadow is awash with colour. There’s also a flat path that follows an old railway, which is ideal if you’re looking for a pushchair-friendly option. For something more exhilarating, why not climb Moel Famau? It’s the highest summit in the Clwydian Range and on a clear day you can see Blackpool Tower! If you fancy a day at the beach, head to Kinmel Bay (30 miles away). The large sandy beach is ideal woof-walking territory, and you may even spot grey seals bobbing off the shore.
